       RHZ radio was the idea of art Jeff Cain and done in conjunction with the New China Town Barbershop Gallery in Los Angeles. The project consisted of asking makers to create their own short wave radio station strategically placed throughout the city of Los Angeles allowing continuous access to the station’s radio content with out FCC permits as one traveled in and out of the short wave broadcasting range. 365pm helped create an initial online presence provided equipment and connected artists to the project. find out more>
